In 1967, Donald Barnes founded Barnes Concrete after gaining valuable experience working with East Putnam Concrete. With just three mixer trucks and a small batch plant, Don and his wife Mary — who often managed operations while he was out on job sites — laid the groundwork for what would become a trusted and steadily growing business.

Through continued growth and expansion, Barnes Concrete now operates more than 15 mixer trucks along with a fleet of dump trucks, enabling us to efficiently serve projects of all sizes. By mining multiple gravel banks, we maintain full control over our materials, ensuring consistent quality and dependable supply for every job.

Today, Donald’s sons, David and Bruce, proudly carry on the family legacy, upholding the same values and dedication that have defined Barnes Concrete for decades.
